Ordering Terms
By making and placing an order with us here at Sustain Clothing (sustainclothingni.com/sustainclothing.net) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions set out below.
When you place an order on this website or in person you agree that we will have to take your details such as name, address, email and contact telephone number which we keep during the ordering process. These details are then deleted once your order has been delivered after 14 days.
You agree that by placing an order with us. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty which we reserve the right to check photos of our warehouse camera's before authorising any faulty return.
Please also note we also reserve the right to cancel any order that selects the wrong shipping method (for example, Occasion Cards are only valid for Card shipping. If you have more items that just a card in your basket, you still have to select the Standard delivery option or collection for £5).
